CALVIN LEEDS
One of our members, Calvin Leeds, was displaced from Jackson Oaks by the February tornado. He currently is residing at Southerland Place in Germantown (Memphis). SHARE GROUPS
One of the BEST ways that we get to meet new people at Promise Church is through our SHARE Groups that meet in people’s homes during the week. We have groups meeting throughout the week all over Jackson which are studying different topics. It is perfectly okay to try a small group to see if you like it and to find one that’s right for you. If you’d like more information on small groups, check the box on your contact card (to the right) that says “Small Groups” and one of the pastors of the church will call you!

AGAPE LUNCHEON
Every month, Promise Church hosts an event where we invite friends, co-workers, and others to come and experience worship with us on Sunday mornings and then have potluck lunch afterward! Our NEXT Agape Fellowship lunch will be held on Sunday, July 6th!

INTERCESSION WORSHIP!
Continuing from our revival with Tony Woodall, we will have a city-wide worship time for Intercessors on Thursday evenings at 7pm here at the church. Help us get the word out to ALL of our city’s intercessor’s from every church so that we can stand together in prayer and worship for our churches, our government, our schools, and other institutions into which we might be able to speak life and restoration!

TECHIES NEEDED!
We are looking for a couple of more people who can help us with our computer graphics and/or Soundboard on Sunday mornings. No experience is needed – we will train you on how to use our worship software – EZWorship and PowerPoint. If music if your deal, then we will work with you to learn how to manage the Sound Board.
